Stockholm Archipelago
A reportage on the Stockholm’s Archipelago, in Sweden, made of approximately 24.000 islands and islets. In order to preserve it from privatization and pollution, the Archipelago is protected by the Archipelago Foundation, whose mission is to keep the landscape open for all.The Foundation it focuses on promoting the development of outdoor life, culture, recreation, tourism and a vibrant archipelago. Also, the aim is to preserve the archipelago’s natural heritage, environment and the appearance of its landscape for future generations. They do this with the help of rangers, conservationists and tenant farmers, who live in the archipelago.
